After my student was able to back into the dock. It took about 20 minutes. The fastest and friendliness that I have ever had here! Thank you for making today easier for us😊 Mark was very polite and explained that we would have a little wait, but we unloaded first, then we were also picking up a load. The load was ready because out appointment wasn’t until much later. But happy to say we still got out of Accel earlier than expected! Thank you 😊

The employees i've interacted with are generally friendly and professional. There are porta john's at the end of the building that are well maintained. There isn't a truck stop nearby to park at, but they do allow some overnight parking. They have made great progress is cleaning up the grounds around the building.

Ed had me unloaded with 25 minutes of bumping the dock. These days most places take at least two hours or more to do the same. Big thank you to Ed and his team. Keep up the great service.

Arrived two hours before my appointment, in and out with in an hour, if I could give more than 5 stars to this shipper, I would. Top quality and very organized,, guys at the front desk are polite and respectful towards driver, all these other warehouses around them need to learn from them.

This facility is an absolutely wonderful place to pick up from. I accidentally showed up 2 hours early, Eddie was great about it, I misread the dock numbers, Eddie just stared and smiled. Loading started 5 minutes after I hit the dock. Great bunch of guys there in shipping. Our job is bad enough but every once in a while it’s great to pickup from a facility like this…

In my experience here got here 8:00am and my appointment was a 15:00 but the receiver give a chance and i got empty 9:00 hope all industries will be easy for truckers like this receiver🙌🏽

Great service! I had 30 pallets and was surprised how fast I was unloaded in 20 minutes. Even if I had an appointment at 10 am they accepted me at 8am.I would deliver here again.You can stay overnight and keep the place clean , they have restroom(ports potty) outside

This place is awesome. my apartment was at 2 pm. And 10:30 I was already loaded. They have overnight parking no one can disturb you honestly I was so happy service very nice and friendly. Definitely it’s a great place to pick up and deliver….
