Quality Standards Implementation

We establish specific quality assurance in packaging via advanced controls for your project, including our PDQ system with photo documentation every 30 minutes. For applicable products, we conduct drop testing and make adjustments to ensure durability while minimizing material usage. This phase includes setting up dedicated quality representatives for your production lines.

Production Planning

Before launch, we finalize all aspects of production, leveraging our scalable production capabilities, including labor scheduling, material sourcing, and quality control implementation. Our flexible labor model allows us to scale quickly to meet your needs while our spacious facility ensures adequate production capacity.
