Innovative Display Packaging Solution

When a client needed their product to appear loosely placed in packaging while remaining securely fastened, Accel’s DFM team developed an innovative solution. The team created a wooden fixture with precise spacers to position products on clear plastic sheets, which were then processed through an automated glue machine. This system applied exact glue patterns to adhere the tubes in specific locations. The result achieved the desired “loose drop-in” aesthetic while ensuring products remained firmly secured during transit and retail display.
