Nested Baskets Packaging Innovation

Accel tackled a client’s cost and environmental challenges with imported Chinese baskets through a brilliantly simple solution–nesting smaller baskets inside larger ones. By collaborating with suppliers to reconfigure packaging, we maximized space utilization while reducing corrugated materials and freight expenses. This strategic approach delivered impressive results: lower upstream costs, improved storage efficiency, and decreased environmental impact.
