Accel’s thermoform equipment has the capability to make blister packs, clamshells, vacuforms, tubing, and acetate trays. We can form all common plastics including PVC, PET, Polystyrene, Flocked Polystyrene, and ABS. Our equipment is technologically advanced and in the top 1% manufactured in the world. Other features include:

1. Film thickness up to .90" in most materials
2. Form and trim sizes up to 25"x25"
3. Forming depth up to 5" above and below the stock line
4. Pressure forming for high-speed, difficult to form parts, and excellent definition, including hinged clamshells
5. Inline punch station eliminates the need for costly secondary operations to punch openings above or below the material stock line

With a forming area of 16" x 18" x 6", Accel’s sample machine can form a variety of materials including high impact poly styrene, PVC, PET and ABS in thicknesses from .010" to .100". It can also be used for small production runs of up 300 pieces.
