Automatic Glue Machines
Hot-melt gluing machines " An Accel innovation" can be utilized at any point in the assembly line. Our glue has the same holding strength as other applications and causes fewer personal injuries than hand application.
Horizontal Wrapper
Our horizontal wrapper can run printed, registered film and can process up to 180 packs per minute. It also has the capability to in-line hole punch and to cold and hot seal.
Shrink-Wrap
Our fully automated shrink-wrap machines can produce up to 80 units per minute, with shrink-banding machines that produce up to 40 units a minute. We can also provide overwrapping, polybagging, heat seals, pouching, and stretch packaging. Our heat tunnels are food grade approved.
Shrink-Film Customized Bags
Accel, Inc. has the ability to produce shrink film bags at a variety of sizes and quantities for your next project. Our technologically advanced bag machine uses a variable speed computer controlled Servo Drive System to produce and monitor bag size during operation and insure total accuracy. This allows for high-speed production of polyethylene or polypropylene bags at a maximum rate of 200 bags per minute. Bags are fully customized and bag lines are minimized in order to maximize visual presentation.
